Why can't I access my TRADOS 2021 since yesterday? I have had TRADOS for years and this is the first time I haven't been able to access it. What is RWS doing to me?

This is a very serious problem. I'm a freelance translator with a job to do in TRADOS 2021 (the problem has nothing to do with an update). and I get an error message in Dutch: 'De objectverwijzing is niet op een exemplar van een object ingesteld'. So I can't access my Trados 2021 at all!! Please help.

I need access to my Trados, not a chat with someone who can't help. This is a technical issue between me and RWS. No excuse for this kind of problem.

I neither know nor care if I am a premium user or not,(whatever that is). I have paid for my TRADOS and I should be able to use it. Give me my access back please, without a complicated rigamarole.

I am not yet reconnected. My trados does not need updating, installation, license reset, live essential online, cloud whatta or anything else. This has nothing to do with my virus protection because TRADOS has worked fine up to now. What happened all of a sudden that's preventing my access to my own Trados 2021???????

  • Incidentally, the support process in place here is unsatisfactory/inconsistent. There is a flaw in the procedure, which takes you round in a circle by directing you to an option you have already been told is no longer available (in my case, for the reason stated earlier). This should be fixed! Moreover, I have resioved this issue through Chat in the past, now I'm told I have to go through this system, which is a forum, which constantly loads threads that are related to the question I am asking. This is just annoying and poor. Can someone just reset my license before I can no longer use the software I've paid $500 for!? C'mon!
