I have just connected to my SDL Trados account (I have been a customer since 2011 with licences version from 2011 to 2017). First time since the merge with RWS.
No licence in my account!!!
I have to desactivate my 2017 licence to install it on a new computer. How can I do that if my list of licences is empty?
