I re-installed Windows OS to repair some issues.
Then I re-installed studio 2019 and found it is in trial mode. During re-activation, I found
(1) the software is not able to deactivate license online (no such option in trial mode).
(2) I tried to reset license but always failed and never receive a message saying it is successful.
I spent several hours but found no way to solve it. Could any expert give me a hand? Thanks a lot.
