Impossible to deactivate SDL Starter Edition Subscription to move it to a different PC

I need to use my SDL Starter Edition Subscription on my laptop, instead of my Desktop PC.

But deactivation on my Desktop generates a message: Canntot deactivate an expired license.

While Activation frame at start up, states that I have 321 day left !!!!  as per Invoice Nr. 644608 20 April-2021

This is an urgent situation, I will be working on my laptop at my customer's plant in a few hours....
