The subject is what I just experienced.
I just finished a project with small volume and even made its return package.
And I tried to open another project to work,
but suddenly Trados shut down and the project folder and return package disappeared.
How can I resolve this problem?
Please make sure you are on the latest version of Trados Studio first. This would be:
Trados Studio 2021 - 16.1.6.4276

I'm using the latest version that you mentioned. There's no error message. Afterward I tried to find the path via "Everything" just in case. And there were short cut icons with the extension ".lnk". When clicking, those two did not function and the folder is empty. Is there any similar case like this? Due to being urgent, I rework the task. But I wonder if it can occur again. It's the first time, so I don't think it's because of any antivirus.
