We recently upgraded 8 licenses from Trados Studio 2017 Professional Network to 2021 Professional Network. When trying to activate the newly upgraded licenses, using the code in the SDL account, the License Manager says "provider error occured, code: 0. Quantity cannot be blank or 0" although I specify the number of licenses to be activated.
I see that in the meantime you managed to activate the 8 licenses.

I really don't know how but somehow I got in touch with a live agent, who actually helped me with resetting the licenses :)
