As you have a Trados 2017 Freelance Plus license, please make sure you select the upgrade from Trados 2017 Freelance Plus to Trados 2021 Freelance Plus. If the problem persists, please try again using a different browser.

thank you very much for your answer. You say the license I have is Trados 2017 Freelance Plus, but I see no 'Plus' under Guide > Info on SDL Trados Studio. What does it depend on?
Should I change PC in the future, could I transfer the license to the new PC? Would I have to uninstall Studio from the current one?

You can check out your license type in your account, Products and Plans - Licenses. If you change your PC in the future, you will be able to transfer your license by deactivating it from the old computer and activating it on the new one. The uninstall is not mandatory. With Freelance Plus you can use your license on two devices, so you may as well have it activated on both the old and the new PC.
