I need to a-deactivate Trados Studio 2015 on my old computer and activate it on my new one. I can't see a reset licence link. When I open SDL Tradıs on my old computer it requires activation as if deactivation is already completed. Could you please reset my license so I can use it on my new computer?

Hi Sorin! Thanks for your help but I afraid it didn't change anything. The license (SDL Trados Studio 2015 Freelance Plus) still seems to be in use on my licenses page. It looks deactivated on both of my computers. I can't get the installation ID to perform an offline deactivation or activation neither.
