I would like to use my licensed release of Passolo Essential 2011 SP9 but it does not work since it was installed on a previous computer which I no longer have access to. Deactivating it offline does not work either, since I do not have access to my installation code.
would you be able to deactivate on your end so I can reactivate online and use the program?

Your license is available for activation but, for the moment, the online activation doesn`t work for this version. Please try to activate your license offline as described in this article: gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge

Thank you for your mail.
Upon changing computer, I can no longer use my version of Passolo Essential 2011 SP9, neither on its own nor from Studio.
I am using:
Windows 10
SDL Studio 2017 Freelance
When trying to deactivate Passolo offline, it requires the installation code which I do not have.
So I can not deactivate online or offline, nor can I reset it.
In the first place I got the Following message :*
"Error occured retrieving your license.
Error Details: Insufficient privileges"... -108
When entering the activation code manually, I get :
Offline deactivation failed.
OK.
(You can only call this method if the ActivationMethod is InternetActivated or LicenseCertificate OK)
I do not have the installation code.
Then I tried to run Passolo as an administrator, and then got the tollowing message :
"Error occured retrieving your license.
Error Details: Service mission or version not current
(SupportReference: ServiceVersionNotCurrent -65)
Please advise.

Nalpeiron Licensing Service and Nalpeiron Control Service services were not installed correctly during the Passolo installation. To solve this we installed Studio 2014 which uses the same services. Then, Passolo could be activated.
