Hello,
I would need help with our licence: we have one licence that we need to use on two computers – not simultaneously, only while the main user is not available.
At the moment, we are only able to work on one computer. It is not possible to deactivate the licence and we get an error message: Deactivation failed. Revocation is either complete or revocation proof is already uploaded.
Could you help on this so we are able to switch between computers when needed?
