Can you please provide me the last 5 characters of your license so I can deactivate it from our side? There`s no need for a remote session for this.

Hello Sorin,
we already did that a couple of weeks ago and it did not work. You tried to have a remote session with us, but my colleague who has access to our license server did not have time. So we talked about to send a request at the day when we have time to make a remote session.
