Reactivating lincence

Question

I cannot reactivate my licence after reinstalling Studio 2019, it is deactivated in my account but not in the computer where it appears as active. When I try to deactivate it there, I get a message that the licence has been deactivated. Studio is blocked and unusable. An expensive crap! I have deleted and uninstalled Studio three times, nothing helps. 
 Can someone help?

Hello Daniela Winert 
 Please try the below steps in order to fix the issue: 
 
 Close Studio (including the error message). 
 Go to : C:\ProgramData\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\Studio15\Data 
 Rename the file Studio.lic, e.g. to Studio_old.lic. 
 Reactivate Studio. 
 
 Note: If you can't find the path above open Windows File Explorer, click on View and check "Hidden Items" checkbox.
