Problem licensing after Starter to Freelance upgrade

Question

I upgraded my Starter license to a Freelance license, but for some reason Studio is not "reading" the new license. I get several error messages that some features are not available for my Studio version, for example, I can't access machine translation. 
 If I look at the activation screen, everything seems fine, with the message Licensed.

Hello Poliana Souza 
 Please follow the below steps: 
 
 Close Studio. 
 Go to : C:\ProgramData\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\Studio16\Data 
 Rename the file Studio.lic, e.g. to Studio_old.lic. 
 Reactivate Studio with the Freelance license. 
 
 Note: If you can't find the path above open Windows File Explorer, click on View and check "Hidden Items" checkbox.
