I can't deactivate my Studio 2019 and 2021 installed on my old PC because 2019 says "the license is restricted" and I can't start 2021 with an error message.
Moreover, SDL account site does not allow me to deactivate one of my Plus licenses with an error.

I've managed to reinstall Studio 2021 on my old PC and deactivated one of the two available license, and activate the same on my new PC.
But the other one license is still in use even if I use only one on my new PC.
Can the RWS support team deactivate one of my licenses (older one) remotely?
