Hello,
Since I installed the latest update (SDL Trados Studio 2021 SR1 - 16.1.6.4276) I cannot complete the batch task properly.
I tried to uninstall the program but I get a message saying that another previous version is already installed and I need to uninstall it before I can uninstall this one. I cannot find that other version and therefore uninstall or repair the current working version.
What can I do?
