Hi, I purchased SDL Trados Studio 2021 Freelance and trying to upgrade from 2019 Freelance. I'd like to activate 2021 but my SDL account shows the activation code for 2019 only. Where's the 2021 activation code? (I already deactivated 2019.)
Any suggestion would be appreciated.

You purchased an upgrade from 2019 to 2021 and the order is already registered in our system. However, because the payment was done online it could take between 1 - 4 days to be processed and registered in the system. Once this is done, the upgrade will be available in your RWS account and you can upgrade your license as described in this article: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0039975
