Do you have a procedure that I can follow for deactivating and reactivating the license when it is managed by a SDL license manager? I’m not sure how to proceed. I tried it through Passolo through the Help menu (as illustrated below), but it didn’t change anything in the Add-ins.
we have followed the email confirmation procedure and are waiting for the next step.
