The best place to download Trados Studio is from your SDL account. All you need to do is go to the Products & Plans section, click the Downloads tab, and then download the version you would like to use. If the download fails, you might want to check your browser settings, if it's on the latest version, or if it's too restrictive when it comes to downloads. We normally recommend Google Chrome or even Microsoft Edge, if it's necessary to try with a different browser.

I'm also using Windows 10, and downloads are working perfectly with Google Chrome and other browsers. I've just downloaded 1 installer from Products & Plans > Downloads and this works perfectly. I have to say it has to be something related to your browser's security settings (or perhaps Windows 10 is not up to date). 

Alternatively, you can use the link below to get the version you need, but you either need a browser that supports FTP or an FTP client app such as FileZilla:

The link provided is only for Studio 2017, 2019, or 2021. Let me see if I can get the download link for Studio 2011!

However, your version may not work on Studio 2011, as the last update dates from April 2014.

This will be resolved through case 00608451
