Hello,
My old laptop which Trados Studio was installed had died. I did not think at the time and I set the laptop to 'factory setting' without deactivating the Studio.
Is there any way for me to deactivate it offline? I have followed the procedure on Trados's page, but I get error messages and I don't seem to be able to deactivate.
