If you have updated your version of Trados Studio, and you have these issues, I would recommend resetting your Studio installation. You can try the resolutions from the article below, but my guess is that workaround 3 should do the job (you may have to access the link from the article to get to that workaround):

Once your Studio is reset, you will need to set up your profile again, and perhaps reactivate your Language Cloud subscription, as I'm sure you are aware of how to this process.

This can happen, in this case, stick only to renaming the SDL Trados Studio folders as described in the instructions.

Unfortunately, it is still not working. May I have 2 questions?

1. under Documents I have both Studio 2021 and Trados Studio 2021. First I renamed Studio 2021, it did not help. After that I also renamed Trados Studio 2021-still not working. Can this be the reason of my problem? That I have both?

2. It still says that my active subscription is Subscrption Freelance. Shall I do something here?

Hello Marianna,

To get to the Product Activation screen involves launching the program. It should remain active, so please don't deactivate! Are you getting specific error messages when launching the program (after performing all these reset steps)?
