Sorry if I post thi smultiple times. My new computer, where I had activated my license for SDL Trados 2014, just crashed and needs to be replaced. There is a button called "Reset license" which seems useful, but I don't get the option to reset when I click on that button. Please help me to deactivate the license.

The license got reset and I expect next installation will work. The replacement computer will arrive soon. Thanks for your help.
