In order to get Trados Analyse 2021 working, but not knowing that Studio 2019 should be also installed, I reinstalled Studio 2019. Suddenly a msg popped up that the trial time was over and I should enter the licence no for it. I didn't see a licence no in the account, only that for Studio 2021 Plus. What to do?

Studio 2021 and Studio 2019 are installed on the same device. I had Studio 2021 on and then called Studio 2019. By the way, the same error msg popped upwhen I executed the WorldPaket file: a msg popped up stating that the Studio 2019 demo version had expired. My licence a/c shows Studio 2021 Plus and its lic no but there is no trace of Studio 2019. Entering the lic no for Studio 2021 caused the error msg as described. Please advise.

The screenshot sent 26 days ago still applies. I cannot start Studio 2019 Plus albeit this program is on the same PC as is Studio 2021 Plus.
What bugs me further is that although I have Studio 2021 Plus, only 1 lic. is being used (see screenshot). However, the second installation with a valid lic. is on my 2nd PC, and the program runs without problem (Studio 2019 SR2 - 15.2.8.3007). How is that?
