When I try to install SDL Studio 2021, I keep getting a message that I have a higher version installed already. However in the list of my programs, I do not have it installed. Kidnly advise.

Please try to follow the below steps :
1. Download the latest version for Studio 2021 from the following link: downloadcentercdn.sdl.com/.../SDLTradosStudio2021_SR1_CU6_4276.zip
2. Run the installer downloaded at step 1.
3. If you receive any error message please try to install Studio 2021 manually following the steps from this article: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0029227
