I purchased the following product a month ago, but cannot activate the product as I never receive the license code.
I usually find a license in the license tab in my account page. However, it only lists my old 2017 license.
Could anybody help me?

Hello Sae,
Have you processed the upgrade in your SDL account already? When you go in Products&Plans - Licenses you will see a blue ribbon which states that you have one upgrade available. You need to click on it and proceed with the steps in order to be able to see the license code for Studio 2021.
Maybe these steps will help you:
Log in into your SDL account
Click on Products&Plans - Licenses
Click on the blue ribbon that holds the message 'You have 1 upgrade available'
On the page that appears click on Upgrade button again
Once all done return to licenses tab where the 2021 license code will appear.
