In order to use the Safenet License Manager, you need to change the settings of your firewall.
1. What destination IP address and port number do I need to activate my license with SDL License Manager?
2. Is the port number required to use Wlmadmin the port number specified in Edit→Preference (default 5093), or is it enough if the installed server can receive from the client PC of TRADOS Studio?

If you can`t activate your license Online you can activate it Offline or add the following exceptions to your firewall: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0034893
Port UDP 5093 needs to be open on the licensing server and on the user machines to allow the communication between them. More details here: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0028220
