This sounds as though Studio hasn't been added to the AntiVirus 'exceptions list'.
Please close Studio and add the following folders to the AV's exceptions list
C:\Program Files (x86)\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\Studio[16] (15 for Studio 2019)
C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\TempC:\ProgramData\Package Cache\SDL
C:\ProgramData\SDL
C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\SDL
C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\SDL
Restart your PC and Studio and then see if the problem persists.
