FIND AND REPLACE ISSUES AGAIN...COMPLETE LACK OF SUPPORT

Hi,

I am having (yet again) an issue with the Find and Replace feature (it completely stops working out of the blue, buttons greyed out, no problem with the tiny window).

After chatting with the help team, I decided to buy a Support Agreement because apparently, the only way to get help is through the community or the agreement. Since the community has not been able to help me with this recurring issue, the next step was making the support purchase.

Turns out, I can't buy the support agreement because I don't have the latest version of Business Manager, an app I don't have and definitely don't use (it came as a gift with the 2019 upgrade). So, I am redirected here to post and wait if a support engineer considers this to be important.

Does anyone experience something similar? This situation is very frustrating and I definitely can't understand why it is so difficult to get help, even willing to pay for it.
