SDL Trados Studio 2019 Freelance Plus but no extra activation

Dear Sir/Madam,

I upgraded my Trados Studio 2011 Freelance to Trados Studio 2019 Freelance Plus. I already installed one version on my computer, but now I could not install the second version my my laptop (not the one where my Trados Studio 2011 Freelance installed, it was broken). In my account, I do not see one available version.
