Unable to reset license

Hello everyone, my Trados Professional 2017 license got blocked on one of my computers while I tried to deactivate to move it to another one. Now it's deactivated everywhere, but shows as active in my Licenses panel in my account. I can't activate it anywhere as there is no free license to "check out".

I checked the "Reset license" walkthrough, but the "Reset license" link in the Licenses panel produces an error. Refreshing the page doesn't help. The last step in the walkthrough suggests contacting support, but the link to contact is part of the image and as such is not clickable. (I mean... seriously? Am I the only one having this problem, and no one has noticed it doesn't work?)

Could anyone please help me out?

One thing that could have an influence here is that I also have a Groupshare license in my panel, which is being updated to GS 2020, but we're having some server problems here. But I doubt that it influences the normal, one-workstation Trados Pro license.
