I am only an occasional user.

On April 24th I bought « SDL Trados Studio Freelance L1 – Subscription » for € 295.

Invoice Nr. 644896.

I activated the licence and I did one project with Trados. No problems.

Today June 27th I wanted to start another project  and I get the message:

« La licence a expiré ».

Going to « Abonnement Language Cloud » and clicking on « activer » I get the message :

« Votre compte Language Cloud a atteint le nombre maximum d’appareils enregistrés pour l’abonnement en cours. »

How do I have to proceed to reactivate this licence.
