Hi, I bought a license 2021 and upgraded from Trados 2019 to 2021, but the new version doesn't work. No translation package can be opened.

If you are unable to open a translation package- we need to look at why this is.
Do you get any error messages?
Where are you saving the package after receiving it?
What is the extension of the package?

Hello Steven Whale, thanks for your reply.
the extension of the packages is .sdlppx
the packages are saving on the hard disc on my pc.
The package opens and appears in the project list.
But while opening the following error appears:
"Unexpected exception when getting view part instance of view part Translation Results. No registration for type TranslationMemoryViewPart could be found and an implicit registration could not be made."
I've already tried:
- Reset Window Layout and
- Rename the files BaseSettings.xml; Plugincache.xml; UserSettings.xml
