Deactivation issue

I recently bought an upgrade from Trados Studio 2021 Freelance to Trados Studio 2021 Freelance Plus and I performed the upgrade in my account. I tried to activate it, but I only have the Deactivate option, which leads me to believe that I should have deactivated the current license first and then perform the upgrade. When I try to deactivate the license, I get an error message saying „Deactivation failed. Login for this product key has been restricted. Contact the system administrator for assistance”. I also tried to reset the license, but I do not have this option in my account. What should I do next? I really need to activate the Plus version.
