Hello,
I purchased Trados Studio 2021 Freelance on May 20th. The order number is 648230.
I wonder if it is possible to receive a refund? The reason I am asking is because I found out I can use a local reseller and the price is significantly cheaper. I originally bought the licence from the main website and paid in euros. I did not realise there are local representatives where you can buy the licence at "localised" prices.
Can you please help with this?
