Hi!

Since I bought and installed Studio 2021 on my PC, I wanted to deinstall Studio 2019.

When I try to do that though, I receive the following message:

"If you have not deactivated your license, deactivate it before removing the product.          
Note: If you plan to reinstall the software on the same computer, you do not have to deactivate your license."

I do not plan to reinstall it, so let's deactivate! But no, within the software it's not possibile, let's do it offline.

Studio 2019 asks me for a "Deactivaton authorization", which I should get from my account, the problem is that in my account there is no licence for Studio 2019, since I upgraded to Studio 2021.

What can I do?
