I work for the local reseller and try to help with this problem. We tried all the methods in the above link, nothing worked, the same error. Could you please help urgently? They are going to suffer losses.

The same problem with another client of ours. No of resolutions from the knowledge article works. The error is systematic. Please help us and provide some working solution.
