Yesterday I boutht this product and could worked on the file made by another trados.

Fron this morning, I can not open the terminology file.

So, I reset this licence on your web site and I wanted to reinialize this product.

But after unstallling and reinstalling this product, the program Trados know the licence but on your web site this program is not activated.

So I try desactivate this program to activate my licence.

I read many informations on the line, but I can not activate nor desactivate the program on my CP.

So I can not use this program correctly.

Please help me!!!
