License Deactivation Mistake

Hi, I made an upgrade of my Freelance license to the plus version. My error was that I didn't deactivate my previous license and know I can't use my software and is not letting me to change the activation code. How can I solve this? The message is: "Deactivation error. Login for this product key has been restricted. Contact the system administrator for assistance"
