i make mistake i put the wrong languages. I need to change one of them or I will be unable to work with. So if I deactivate my license, can I activate it again? Should it work then?

Its not clear which Studio version you are using as i cannot find a license for you.
If you are using Trados Studio 2019 (or older) then you can follow the instructions here-
The language limitations was removed in Trados Studio 2021
