Hello,
Trados used to work properly on my laptop, but today it suddenly refused to launch.
I got the message "Impossible de démarrer le service Sdl.Desktop.Platform.Services.ITelemetry.Service"
I tried:
- to restart my computer
- to unistall then reinstall all Trados products
- to deactivate my antivirus then reinstall Trados products
- to do what's on this page https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0028332
Nothing worked... Heeeelp me pleeease!
