Hi all,
My Trados Studio shuts down without starting after I sign in for the license.
IT have already re-installed it and it keeps doing the same thing. This is the second time they try reinstalling it to fix the problem but it doesn't solve it.
I have tried using the older versions (2016 and 2017) in the meantime but these also give me issues now, since the TMs do not bring up any matches and class all words as New.
Can someone help, please?
