Hi,

I haven't been using Studio 2011 for a couple of years and today, as I tried to run it, I got stuck on a license problem that I cannot fix.

This is what I see when I run Studio 2011.

When I click on "Deactivate" I get this message:

And when I put the activation code I get another error:

I checked on my SDL account and the license is still active and available. However I'm not able to reset it since I don't see the "Reset License" button (http://feedback.sdl.com/app/survey/response.jsp?num=3).

When I try to get an Offline Activation Certificate I am asked to put in an Installation ID, but I have no idea where to find it.

Can you please help me fix this?
