When using my account that is linked to the RWS Language Cloud to download an app from the AppStore, the error message "Download of.....failed. Your account is not linked to the Language Cloud. This message is also shown when I use Firefox (Standard security settings) to access the AppStore and download an app. The topic related threads I have searched so far, do not show a workaround.

On the other hand, my account name in the upper right corner of the Studio 2021 screen shows that I am logged in.

Moreoveer, a new issue has appeared with patch 4404. Each time I launch Studio, the RWS Language Cloud Login panel is shown which, frankly speaking, is somewhat annoying.

Any help is high appreciated.
