I still cannot succeed in activating Trados Studio 2021 Professional (Network SN) following the walkthrough in your email.
[Email from Greta on 17th June]: “Trial” – you see this because your software has not been activated yet.
Please activate your Studio by linking it to the license server, where your network license is activated.

We also did the “Online activation of your Network Licenses” but it didn’t work for us.

Can the use of home network be the cause of trouble by any chance? Since April 2020, I work from home. However, there had never been any problem with Studio 2019 in the office and at home before/after April 2020.
At the moment, a blank error message box appears when I try to create a new project, and I cannot do anything else except end the software using Task Manager on Windows.
Any support is much appreciated.
