I am asked to activate my SDL 2019 license but it is already active.

Question

Hello, 
 This morning, when I open Studio 2019, I am told to activate the product. However, my license has been active since December 12th 2019. 
 I did not uninstall it or do anything else, everything was working regularly the last time I opened it on Monday. 
 I tried to insert the product key, but of course it tells me it is already active. Any suggestions?

 According to our records, the license linked to your order is available, so it's not activated. To activate your copy of Trados Studio 2019 Freelance, simply copy-paste the license activation code (you can find it in the Licenses section of your SDL account), into the Product Activation screen in Trados Studio.
