I upgrade to SDL Trados Studio 2021 Freelance Plus , recently but i decided for the Plus version because when i boght it many years ago it was supposed that i will be able to install it in my desktop and in my laptop. Now, I cant do it . What happened? it says only for one user. I need it installed in both as my desktop was formatted.. Or I can use the same license? Can you help me?

You have a Studio 2021 Freelance Plus license which means that you can use the same license code on 2 different computers at the same time. At the moment both activations appear as "in use", probably because you didn`t deactivate Studio from your desktop before being formatted.
Please try to reset the license from your RWS account as described in this article: gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge
