For various reasons, I need to install Trados Studio 2014 on a third computer (I have Studio 2021 running on my office and home PCs).
I have downloaded and installed Trados Studio 2014 and Termbase 2014. Neither install procedure ran correctly.
Trados Studio 2014 was eventually installed by installing the prerequisite files individually (see Article Number:000001525). It is now running OK (SP2).
In the case of Termbase, however, the prerequisite file MTAdministrator11.msi (SDL MultiTerm Administrator) is missing from the folder (C:\ProgramData\Package Cache\SDL\SDLMultiTermDesktop2014_SP2\modules). I have repeated the download various times but the missing file is either not included or is not extracted. How can I get this file? I cannot find any source for it on the RWS/Trados website. I did ask Support to mail me a copy or provide a link, but the case was closed before it was resolved.
All ideas/suggestions welcome!
