Hi there, I've just reopened SDL Trados Studio 2021 after installing MultiTerm and restarting the computer. I have a Language Cloud subscription through the University of Birmingham. When I try to open Studio, the Product Activation window keeps coming up and asking me for an activation code. I don't have one, so have gone to the Language Cloud Subscription tab, which is showing my name and ID, and clicked OK. It then comes up with a message saying that the product license has been deactivated and must be activated. It then closes the programme. Please can you help?
