My PC crashed and I had to reformat my C-drive. In doing so I had to delete my Trados 2014 SP2.

First question: I did not deactivate my Trados license so are there special steps I need to take once I reinstall on my "clean" drive?

Second question: I still have an installation issue.  During installation, the Trados files are decompressed without a problem and then I receive an invite to install Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable SP1. and when I click [Install] I'm told that a file could not install properly:

An error occurred downloading the following resource:
http://downloadcentre.sdl.com/prerequisites/VCRedist2005SP1-KB2538242/vcredist_x86.exe

How do I remedy this?
