I'm having trouble installing Trados Studio 2021.
I had previously installed the full version but did not have an activation key.
I have now bought the Trados Studio 2021 Starter, but I now can't install this as it says there is already a higher version of the software on my computer. I have removed the previous version but still can't install the Trados Studio 2021 Starter.
Can you please advise?

If you already have a running version of Trados Studio 2021 on your device, there's no need to download and install the version again. If you open Trados Studio, you should be prompted with the Product Activation screen, so that's where you can copy-paste the license activation code for your Starter version. At the moment, the Starter license appears to be activated, so if you need further assistance, please reply to this message.
