Re-installation / licence availability

Hi!

Due to major problems, I have re-installed Windows 10 on one of my laptops. Before doing so I deactivated my Studio 2021 licence for that computer. The deactivation was confirmed. Now I need to re-install Trados but according to the website (Account>Licences), I have no licence available, so evidently something went wrong with the deactivation process. What's the quickest way to solve this problem? I don't want to cause additional  problems with my licensed copy of Studio 2021 on another PC.
